Sarah Kucera is a licensed chiropractor, Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, and author. Originally from Iowa, she founded Sage, a healing arts center and apothecary in Kansas City, Missouri that offers yoga classes, chiropractic care, and Ayurvedic consultations and therapies. Her book, The Ayurvedic Self-Care Handbook, will be released in April 2019.

In today’s episode, Sarah shares the TOP limiting belief she’s faced in her business-my business needs to look or be like everyone else's to be successful. We discuss how she built her business doing it the way she wanted to “uncomfortably”.  Join us in this conversation because you are not alone and it is okay to feel like “this” and seek help!

In this Episode:

  • There’s no right or wrong way to do “the thing”

  • Sometimes we make things harder for ourselves because of the mold we think we have to fit into

  • If it doesn’t work, try something else

Words of Wisdom:

-- “The beauty of owning your own business is that you are able to make it what YOU want”

-- “Just make things easy for yourself”
